橡胶充气芯模在储煤仓填料施工中的应用

Construction Technology of Inflatable Rubber Mandrel in Padding Construction of Coal Storage Bunkers

摘要: 结合内蒙古葫芦素选煤厂气模穹顶储仓填料施工实例,对利用橡胶充气芯模改进储煤仓仓底结构填料施工进行研究,分析了橡胶充气芯模选择及位置布置原则,并从橡胶充气芯模就位、充气和固定,混凝土浇筑与振捣,放气抽模等方面详细论述了橡胶充气芯模成孔施工工艺,分析了利用橡胶充气芯模进行储煤仓填料施工的经济效益和社会效益。结果表明,将橡胶充气芯模用于储煤仓填料施工具有良好的可行性及显著的优越性。

Abstract: To improve the technology of padding construction of coal storage bunkers’ bottom structure, to extend the use of inflatable rubber mandrels, and to provide a reference for such constructions, this paper summarizes the experience about padding construction using inflatable rubber mandrels based on a project of Hulusu coal preparation plant in Inner Mongolia province, and introduces the key techniques, concrete measures and matters need attention during construction detailedly. It also analyzes the economic and social benefits. The results show that this technique has a remarkable superiority and a good feasibility.
